Mr. Gray, after serving Honorably in the United States Marine Corps, began his professional career in 1995 as a Leasing Associate with The Centennial Companies. In 1996, Mr. Gray joined The Donohoe Companies as a tenant representation specialist. By November of 2000, Mr. Gray’s experiences representing a wide variety of clients led to a position as a Director of Leasing with the Atlantic Realty Companies. While at the Atlantic Realty Companies, Mr. Gray was accountable for the leasing efforts of 1.5 million square feet of Atlantic Realty’s 3.5 million square foot portfolio. In January of 2004, Mr. Gray left Atlantic and along with a partner, formed Advantage Real Estate Services; where he was responsible for business development and investment sales. In 2014, Mr. Gray founded Cornerstone Commercial. A few of his past clients include; Children’s Hospital, DENTSPLY International, Lowe's Home Improvement (Regional Headquarters), MassMutual Richmond, VA Headquarters, New View Eye Center, Christian Relief Services and a multitude of dental practices.

Mr. Gray is active in philanthropic ventures and enjoys contributing to Christian missions. Mr. Gray formerly served on the Board of Directors as President for the non-profit group, Purpose Bound Parents. Mr. Gray is married with five adult children and resides in Moseley, VA.

Neemit Shah has over 15 years of experience in the Financial Industry and has been investing in Commercial Real Estate properties since 2008. He has experience in tenant representation, buyer representation, landlord representation and investment sales.

Over the course of his career, Neemit has developed and honed a broad range of skills in Investments, Sales, Business Development, and Strategic Planning that allow him to efficiently negotiate and broker real estate transactions. Neemit takes the time to connect with his clients to fully understand what they need and find them what they are looking for.

In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, bowling, and traveling. Neemit enjoys spending time with his family and his children, two boys and one girl, he resides in Moseley, Va.

Dustin Young brings 17 years of experience in Class “A” contracting and the commercial real estate industry. He began his career in 2007 as a technician, building a strong foundation in construction and project management before advancing into leadership roles overseeing large-scale projects, investments, and property development.

Throughout his career, Dustin has developed expertise in team leadership, operations management, and delivering projects with both quality and efficiency. His background allows him to successfully manage complex transactions while maintaining strong client relationships.

Today, as a licensed real estate agent, Dustin leverages his construction and management experience to help businesses secure commercial spaces that align with their operational and growth goals.

In his spare time, Dustin enjoys spending time with his children, serving in his church, supporting veterans in Virginia, and mentoring motorcycle riders.

Hunter Lorraine specializes in Tenant Representation, Medical Office Brokerage, and Restaurant Brokerage. He began his real estate career in 2014 as a Licensed Residential Property Manager and later gained experience in appraisal, giving him a well-rounded understanding of property operations and valuation.

Hunter went on to serve four years in the United States Army as a Combat Medic and 82nd Airborne Paratrooper. From this background, he brings a sense of service and resolved tenacity in representing his clients.

Outside of work, Hunter is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hiking with his family, maintaining a home apiary and is a member of St. Cyprian of Carthage Orthodox Church. He is married with two young sons and resides in Moseley, Virginia.
